30-Day Trial Period: 

At RedeemedPickleball.com, we strive for the highest standards in customer satisfaction. We offer a 30-day no-hassle return/exchange and refund policy for all Redeemed paddles. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving your paddle, please contact us atredeemedpickleball@gmail.com to initiate a return/exchange or refund.This trial period is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the paddle to Redeemed Pickleball.

Warranty Information: 

All REDEEMED paddles are covered by a comprehensive three-month warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Normal wear and tear over time is not covered. Paddles that show signs of abuse, structural modification (such as weighted tape application), or damage from impacts are not eligible for return/exchange or refund. Damage from ground impacts, hits against another paddle, scuffing, or graphic fading is also not covered.

Special Notes:

• Redeemed Warranty:  All return and warranty claims require proof of purchase, including retailer information, purchase date, and a photo of the product. Redeemed reserves the right to determine whether damage qualifies under the warranty and whether to repair or replace the paddle. This warranty applies only within the United States and does not cover replacement paddles.
• Edgeless Paddles:  Edgeless paddles are prone to edge chipping and cracking. We provide TruShield Edge Wrap with every edgeless paddle purchase to mitigate these issues. Edge chips and cracks are not covered unless the TruShield Edge Wrap was installed and intact at the time of damage, and damage was not caused by ground impact, contact with another paddle or person, or other negligent actions determined by Redeemed.
